Keep measuring tape close to thee body - but not too tight.
Never measure on top of clothes just undergarments.
DRESS LENGTH
Measure from Shoulder to hemline.
CHEST
Measure around the fullest part of the chest. (1" below arm hole)
WAIST
Measure around the natural waist where you would bend. About 1" above belly button.
SLEEVE
Measure from shoulder to end of sleeve
